Code of Conduct:
This program is intended for military and law enforcement professionals and purchases are for you and your unit only; purchasing for recreational use is prohibited. We expect that you follow a few basic rules and regulations to ensure the integrity and smooth operation of the program. Failure to comply with these rules could result in your - and your unit's - removal from the program.
Use the program as often as you wish but please ensure that you know what you’re buying – we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges. We also ask that you respect your local retailer. Please do not use them as a place to try products on (unless you intend to purchase them there).
Who is eligible?
• Members of the Military
Members of the Army, Navy, Marines, Air Force and National Guard are eligible including Retirees, Reservists, Cadets and the Peace Corps. In addition, private security firms and private companies with Defense contracts are now eligible for our program.
• Approved Law Enforcement Agencies
For United States Law Enforcement, please see the list of approved federal, state and municipal agencies here. For other countries, please contact us for details.
Not eligible:
• EMT's, First Responders, Search & Rescue, Firefighters. At this time, the program does not extend to these organizations. Please contact sales@KingoftheMountain.com for details on how to apply for the King of the Mountain pro purchase program.
Want your Logo on your order?
We can embroider your organization's logo on most of the products we sell. There is a small fee associated with this option. Call or e-mail the LEAF Program Coordinator for more information.
Is your Order Form complete?
Please make sure that the order form is filled out completely - all requested information must be included or the order will not ship!
Be sure to include:
• Full shipping address - we cannot ship to PO boxes in the US or Europe
• Phone number and/or e-mail - we may need to contact you if there are problems with your order.
• Social Security number or EIN (US members) - required by US Customs and your order cannot be shipped into your country without it.
• VAT number (European members) - will save duty charges on your shipment.
• Size, Gender and Colour - Check out our website to ensure that you have the most current information.
• Credit Card Information - please make sure that this is legible and that you have included your expiry date. For e-mail orders a signature is not required.
